About Charlene

Charlene is a trained Performing Arts Actress who has spent several years running children’s parties. She started her princess company with just one character and now has trained entertainers all over the UK. Last year she was proud to be shortlisted for Business Woman of the Year working with children and families.  As the business has grown it has become a family concern.

We are a 5 star children’s entertainment company with professional male and female entertainers providing fun and exciting parties for boys and girls from tots to teens.We have wealth of experience and expertise, you will not find a more reliable and dedicated company to create your dream party or event.Our entertainers, who are largely from a theatrical background, are hand picked and trained to high standard. We make sure that they really understand children and remain flexible to adapt the games to the style and theme of the party. Our entertainers ensure there is a unique mix of fun and energy keeping the children entertained every step of the way.

 




FAQs
What are your booking terms and conditions?

Strictly a maximum of 30 children allowed per Entertainer, unless agreed by us in writing.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits must be paid within 7 days from receipt of your booking form. Please ensure you obtain confirmation of payment.

Our pricing is based per entertainer for the time spent at your party, as opposed to games played or character provided.

We reserve the right to change which Entertainer is allocated to your party.

All bookings are under the agreement that entertainers are self-employed. Especially for You Ltd is out parent company and will act as an intermediary should an unlikely dispute arise between yourself and an Entertainer.

Correct party information (including party date, time, address and character) must be provided at time of booking.

Entertainers must be paid in full on the party day. Withholding payment without due reason may result in legal action.

EFYPL is not liable for any costs associated with your party outside that of your entertainer.

You acknowledge that all risks associated with your party are borne by yourself. EFYPL accepts no liability for accidental damage or injury to property or persons.

EFYPL reserves the right to make changes to party format, including equipment used and games played.

Deposits are 50% refundable from two weeks prior to your party date. Deposits are not refundable under two weeks from your party date. However, we will gladly liaise with you to find an alternative date based on availability within a six-month period.

Glitter tattoos are provided as standard on all 90minute and two hour parties. Parents must notify us in advance if they require face painting or other alternatives.

We require 2 weeks notice for the provision of party bags. Party bags must be paid for in full ahead of your party date.

You acknowledge that all characters booked have no association with any other named brands. We do not wish to violate or infringe upon any copyright laws. We have costumes, characters, jewelery, hairstyles and props derived from our imaginations and DO NOT claim to be associated with any copyrighted or name brand character.

Do you provide bespoke requests?

Yes. You can tailor any part of the party- it is your party after all! We will always do our best to deliver bespoke requirements, including specific characters and costumes.

What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?

How Many Guests can I invite?

We allow a maximum of 30 children per entertainer as this is the maximum amount of children one entertainer can manage. If you anticipate more than children at the party you will need a second entertainer.

We provide parties in London, Kent, Surrey, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bristol, Hampshire, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Coventry, Leicestershire, Nottingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, South Wales, Southampton and Bournemouth. Visit our location page to find out more

Can I book entertainment for longer than two hours?

Yes of course, all the parties are personalised and we will do our best accommodate requests

Do I need a large hall to hold my party?

Definitely not. Your entertainer will adapt the games and can work in large or small spaces.

When will I speak to my entertainer?  

Your entertainer will  call you on the week of your party to discuss the finer details of your party. You can also contact the office should you have any urgent questions or requirements.

Are your entertainers DBS checked?

Yes, all our entertainers are DBS checked.

What type of insurance do you have?

We have £1,000,000 public liability insurance. Just let us know if you require a copy of our PL certificate.
